Share with My Agent — Refund, Cancellation and Purchase Policy
Effective date: July 19, 2026
This Policy is part of the Share with My Agent Terms of Service and applies to Share with My Agent subscriptions provided by Live Future Inc.
Payments are processed by our Payment Partner acting as merchant of record (for example, Paddle). The checkout, order form, invoice, or receipt identifies the seller and the Payment Partner used for a transaction. That Payment Partner's buyer terms and refund procedures apply to your purchase, and mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always apply.
1. No Trial, No Money-Back Guarantee
Share with My Agent does not offer a free trial or a general money-back guarantee. Paid plans are billed immediately at purchase and are non-refundable, except: (a) where a refund is required by mandatory law; (b) under the Payment Partner's own buyer refund terms; or (c) at our discretion for a genuine service malfunction or billing error, as described in Section 3.
2. Subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Super SaaS)
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until then. Canceling stops future charges but does not by itself refund a past charge.
3. Service Malfunction and Billing Errors
If a paid feature you were charged for did not function due to a fault on our side, or you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will investigate. Where the fault or error is confirmed, we will issue a refund or credit for the affected charge. We monitor these requests through our contact form and support email.
4. Free Things Stay Free
The free plan, the articles, the free tools, the scanner and the generators cost nothing and carry no refund, because there is nothing to refund.
5. What Happens on Refund
Share with My Agent is a subscription service only — there are no one-time purchases, downloads, or deliverable files, so there is nothing to return. When a refund is issued, the paid entitlement ends: your layer stops being served on the paid plan and your account falls back to the free allowance (one page), or is unpublished if you have no free allowance remaining. Your account, your declared content, and your data stay with you and can be exported or deleted at any time.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] (or use the contact form) with the email you purchased under and, if you have it, your order id, describing the malfunction or billing error. You can also use the refund path offered by the Payment Partner identified on your receipt (for Paddle purchases, Paddle's buyer support), which applies that Payment Partner's own terms. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, ordinarily processed by the applicable Payment Partner, typically within 5–10 business days.
7. Payment Partners
Live Future may use one or more non-exclusive Payment Partners (processors, resellers, merchants of record, billing providers, banks). Where a Payment Partner controls collection, settlement, tax administration, refund execution, fraud review, or chargeback handling, its terms and procedures govern those transaction functions. If there is a conflict, mandatory law controls first, then the Payment Partner's transaction terms within its role, then this Policy.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us first — genuine malfunction or billing-error requests are normally resolved faster directly than as chargebacks. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks (for example, disputing a charge already refunded) may result in loss of access and recovery of amounts owed.
9. Third-Party Agent Behavior
As Section 2 of the Terms explains, we do not control third-party AI agents: an agent may ignore, refuse, mischaracterize, warn about, or block any site or layer, and no adoption, recommendation, ranking, or conversion is ever guaranteed. Such outcomes are not a defect in the Service and are not grounds for a refund.
